Your 14-day right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The period ends 14 days after the day on which you (or a third party you name) receive the goods; for an order of several items delivered separately, it ends 14 days after the last item is received.

Extended 30-day returns (goodwill)

On top of the statutory right, we voluntarily accept returns of unused items in their original condition and packaging for 30 days from delivery.

How to withdraw

To exercise your right of withdrawal, email support@baboo.care with your order number and a clear statement of your decision (for example, using the model withdrawal form below) before the 14-day period ends. We will confirm receipt and send you the return address.

Model withdrawal form

To Mother Nature Trade Sdn. Bhd. (support@baboo.care): I/We hereby give notice that I/We withdraw from my/our contract of sale of the following goods: [description], ordered on [date] / order number [ORD-####], name of consumer: [name], address of consumer: [address], date: [date].

Cost of returning goods

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. If the item is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, we cover the return shipping in full — just tell us and we will arrange it.

Refunds

We refund all payments received from you, including the standard delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods back (or your proof of return, whichever is earlier). Refunds are made to your original payment method at no charge to you. We may reduce the refund if goods show handling beyond what is necessary to check them.

Uitzonderingen

For hygiene and safety reasons, some items are excluded once unsealed/used: opened diapers, opened feeding items, pacifiers, and used car seats — unless they are faulty. Personalised items are also excluded.
